## 2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, the customer must meet the applicable age, driving experience, identification and driving licence requirements established by BZAUTOHUB and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the primary renter must:
* Be legally permitted to drive in Georgia;
* Hold a valid driving licence;
* Provide a valid passport or identity document when required;
* Meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the selected vehicle;
* Provide accurate and valid personal information;
* Present any documents requested by BZAUTOHUB at the time of vehicle collection.
Additional drivers may be permitted subject to BZAUTOHUB's requirements and approval.
BZAUTOHUB reserves the right to refuse a rental if the customer does not satisfy the applicable requirements.

## 3. Booking and Reservation
Customers may make reservations through the BZAUTOHUB website, mobile application, by telephone, email, or through another authorized booking channel.
A booking request does not automatically constitute a confirmed rental agreement.
A reservation is considered confirmed when BZAUTOHUB has accepted the booking and provided confirmation to the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is correct, including:
* Name and contact details;
* Pickup and return locations;
* Pickup and return dates and times;
* Selected vehicle;
* Number of passengers;
* Additional services;
* Flight information where applicable.
Incorrect information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the reservation.

## 4. Vehicle Availability
BZAUTOHUB makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the vehicle displayed and selected by the customer is available at the requested time.
Where the selected vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside BZAUTOHUB's reasonable control, BZAUTOHUB may offer an alternative vehicle or another appropriate solution.
Where the booking specifically guarantees a particular vehicle model, BZAUTOHUB will make reasonable efforts to provide that exact model.

## 5. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the agreed vehicle pickup date and time and ends when the vehicle is returned to BZAUTOHUB or an authorized representative at the agreed location and time.
The customer must return the vehicle:
* At the agreed date and time;
* At the agreed location;
* In the condition required under the rental agreement;
* With all keys, documents and accessories provided with the vehicle.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
Early returns do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless otherwise agreed by BZAUTOHUB.

## 6. Pickup and Return
Vehicles may be collected and returned at available BZAUTOHUB locations, including airports, city locations, hotels, and other agreed locations.
Available locations may include:
* Tbilisi International Airport;
* Kutaisi International Airport;
* Batumi International Airport;
* Tbilisi;
* Kutaisi;
* Batumi;
* Hotels and other agreed locations.
The availability of a specific pickup or return location may depend on the booking, operating hours, vehicle and service selected.
The customer must provide accurate arrival and flight information when required.

## 7. Driver Requirements
Only approved drivers who satisfy BZAUTOHUB's requirements may operate a rented vehicle.
The renter must not allow an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that every additional driver:
* Has a valid driving licence;
* Meets the applicable age requirements;
* Meets the required driving experience;
* Has been properly registered or approved by BZAUTOHUB.
Allowing an unauthorized person to drive the vehicle may invalidate applicable insurance or protection and may result in additional liability for the renter.

## 8. Documents
At vehicle pickup, BZAUTOHUB may request appropriate identification and driving documents.
Depending on the customer's nationality and circumstances, these may include:

## 10. Security Deposit
A security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released to the customer.
The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle, rental conditions, insurance/protection selected, and other applicable terms.
The deposit may be used to cover amounts owed by the customer, including but not limited to:
* Vehicle damage;
* Loss of vehicle accessories;
* Fuel shortages;
* Cleaning costs;
* Traffic fines;
* Parking fines;
* Towing or recovery costs;
* Late return charges;
* Other costs arising from the customer's use of the vehicle.
Subject to the applicable rental conditions, the remaining deposit will be released or returned after the vehicle has been inspected and outstanding obligations have been determined.
The time required for a deposit release may depend on the payment method and financial institution.

## 11. Insurance and Protection
Insurance or vehicle protection included with a rental is subject to the specific terms and exclusions applicable to the booking.

Insurance or protection may not apply to certain situations, including but not limited to:

## 12. Vehicle Use
The customer agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and in accordance with Georgian law.

* Transport of hazardous or illegal materials;

## 13. Geographic Restrictions

Where unlimited mileage is included in the selected rental package, the customer may drive the vehicle without an additional mileage charge during the agreed rental period, subject to the other conditions of the rental agreement.

## 15. Fuel
The vehicle should be returned according to the fuel policy specified in the booking or rental agreement.

## 18. Traffic Fines and Violations

Where BZAUTOHUB receives a fine or official request relating to the vehicle during the rental period, BZAUTOHUB may provide the relevant renter information to the competent authority where legally permitted or required.
Administrative costs associated with processing fines may also apply where permitted by the rental agreement.

## 19. Smoking and Pets
Smoking inside BZAUTOHUB vehicles may be prohibited.
Additional cleaning or restoration charges may apply if smoking, vaping, or other prohibited use causes odor, stains, damage, or requires specialist cleaning.
Pets may only be transported where permitted by BZAUTOHUB and may be subject to additional requirements or cleaning charges.

## 20. Cancellation

## 22. Transfer Services
